1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
5 cups frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots,anything you like)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
1 can garbanzo beans
pinch sugar
1/8 cup curry powder
S&P to taste
